Quiet Moments in Training — June Summary and July Tokyo Karate Dojo Experience

日本語

Tokyo entered the rainy season on June 7.

Because of the humid weather, my karate uniform does not dry very well.

But the temperature is not too hot and not too cold, so it feels like a good season for training.

I can focus on my practice, and I enjoy this calm time.

This month, we had the chance to share karate with many guests: a Japanese group, and visitors from India, the United States, and South Africa.

Through these cultural experiences, we also received many ideas and inspiration.

We hope to create more programs that help people enjoy Japanese martial arts and culture.
